In total, 7 artists are displaying their skill in character design through this work. Each artist created a hero and villain, after which the villains were shuffled amongst the artists. The idea of this anthology is for each artist to portray their created hero fight against the villain assigned to them.

Set in a post-Apocalyptic Earth, Hayato Jin continues to lead the Saotome Research Institute after the events of Getter Robo Go. He has succeeded Professor Saotome's masterpiece prototype, the Shin Getter Robo, with a more stable creation: Getter Robo ā?.

As a child, Morisaki Shinichiro made a promise to a girl when she was about to move away. He wakes up from that dream again with his sister waking him up, making him go to school. On his way there, he meets a girl who trips over a rock and lands right on him, passed out. He brings her to the school's nurse's office. In class, a new girl comes running in shouting Shinichiro's name. She looks awfully familiar to the girl Shinichiro brought in earlier. The class leader knocks the new girl out for being to rambunctious and Shinichiro brings her to the nurse's office too and finds that there are actually two girls who look very similar. When they come around, they get officially introduced. The girl he saved in the morning is named Sawatari Arisa, the loud one is named Sawatari Alyssa. While their names are identical in pronunciation, they have no apparent relation. Shinichiro looks at Arisa and thinks she's the girl from his past as she's very bashful and shy. However, Alyssa wears the cat-ears that he remembers and she also remembers him. When he goes home, he finds out that his uncle, who he lives with, has taken the two girls into his house.

Manga adaptation of the anime Cutie Honey done by Ken Ishikawa and Yuu Okazaki, it follows more the anime and the character design is closer than the original one.

A mysterious monster called the High Beast, has taken control of the regions of Eurasia and Africa. Japan has cut off from the mainland to protect itself from this threat. The daughter of a legendary mahjong player discovers that monsters attack whenever a mahjong piece is hit across the board. This allows humans to be separated from the battle and for mahjong players to effectively combat the monsters with robots controlled through mahjong moves

Saotome Institute, which is the center of Getter Ray study, was attacked by a mysterious monster. That figure was a huge "Oni", which is a legendary monster. They fought with a prototype Getter Robo against it. However, they noticed a big fault. Manipulating Getter Robo was a burden to the pilot, and the normal person couldn’t stand it. To provide for the next attack, they had to look for the candidates for the pilots.

Crossover one-shot between Mazinkaiser and Shin Getter Robo. It was included in Immortal Super Robot Encyclopedia (不滅のスーパー? ボット大全).

The manga begins with the Mazinger Z and Great Mazinger fighting against an alien machine after the Diana A and Venus A have been taken down.

This series continues the Ken Ishikawa continuity of Getter manga, temporally taking place after Getter Robo Go and before Getter Āḥ. The series features an older Hayato leading a new team of Getter Pilots (and a new Getter) as they defend the earth from large plant-like monsters.
